Dr. Brittany Freese grew up in small town Fulda, MN (southwest corner) where she discovered the power of chiropractic after being injured playing volleyball at 16 years old. In 2010, she graduated from Minnesota State University, Mankato with a degree in human biology and completed her doctorate at Northwestern Health Sciences University in 2013. Combining her chiropractic skills with a deep love for animals, she became certified in 2016 in Veterinary Spinal Manipulation Therapy (Animal Chiropractic) from Healing Oasis Wellness Center. She now enjoys helping everyone in the family live high quality lifestyles by teaching them how to achieve and maintain optimal health and healing through chiropractic, nutrition, fitness, and minimizing toxins.
Dr. Brittany enjoys hunting and anything to do with being outdoors, along with spending time with her four younger siblings.
Dr. Brittany will be traveling to your home for your animal's visits. A travel fee is included in the adjustment cost up to 15 miles. Additional miles will be $0.53 per mile.
As Dr. Brittany spends most of her week adjusting humans at Hilltop Family Chiropratic in Eagan, MN, she will be taking appointments outside their adjusting hours.
Dr. Brittany chose Connect because of what it represents: the uninterrupted brain to body connection in order for the body to be healthy. She grew up in a world that told her to take this drug and do that surgery to help her be healthy. This system failed her as it does for most people because even though she followed everything this system told her, took all the drugs and had two sinus surgeries, she was still sick with chronic sinus problems. After she discovered chiropractic, she quickly realized that she had been lied to her whole life and that there is a whole other world out there that could help people be healthy, without drugs and surgery. Everyone, including the family pet, has an amazing ability to heal themselves that is located inside the body as the brain and nervous system. It is this system that controls all function of our bodies (all our organs, muscles, glands, and other tissues) and therefore is what controls our health. If this system is interfered with (with improper spine support, bad lifestyle choices, and the world of medicine), the brain cannot tell the body what to do properly and disease and pain ensues. Chiropractic care and other lifestyle factors remove this interference and connect us back to our inner healing abilities, thus the name “Connect” Animal Chiropractic.
